Training Courses, Coach Credentialing & Clinics

Bookings for places on courses and other training events will normally be placed on-line via our event booking system. Some clinics and coach credentialing will be billed by invoice. Places are not confirmed until full payment has been received.

Shipping & Delivery

We ask that you allow 4-6 weeks for us to process ID Card orders. Please be mindful of this when placing an order close to a competition. In the interest of security all ID cards will be posted directly to the head coach of your squad free of charge.

Spectator wristbands will be available to buy online until 3 days before an event, or the event sells out. For security reasons every order will be shipped to the address of the credit/debit card holder. A flat rate £5.00 handling fee will be charged per order upon check out. Wristbands will be dispatched by Royal Mail unless the order is received within two weeks of the event, in which case your order will be held for collection on the day. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been processed. Please ensure all wristbands are stored securely once received as they cannot be replaced if they are lost/stolen or you arrive at the venue without them.


The Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013) do not apply to contracts for transport and some leisure services to be provided on a specific date eg hotel bookings, flights, car hire, concert and other event tickets. Due to the demand for spectator wristbands at our events we are unable to offer any refunds once your order has been placed.

Spectator wristbands are sold as an entrance ticket to the venue and seating is not allocated. Although wristbands will be sold within the limits of the capacity provided by the venue it does not guarantee a seat.

ID cards are a personalised item so we are unable to offer any refunds once your order has been placed and the manufacturing process has started.

Refund request for training must be made in writing to [email protected] for approval by a BCA Director. A £25 admin charge will be deducted from any authorised refund.

We use Stripe to collect/process transaction information securely and safely. As such, the BCA has no access to any customer card details including card numbers and expiry dates and cannot store/save them.


Price changes will be clearly shown on the corresponding product page before an order is placed. If the price of a product changes whilst it is in your shopping basket BCA reserve the right to charge to most up to date price.
