General Spectator Wristband Information
Advance spectator wristbands can only be purchased via our website and will be available until to the day before the competition or earlier if the competition sells out.
Spectator wristband availability is determined using the capacity limit provided by the venue. This may differ from the physical number of seats. All seating is unallocated and is not guaranteed.
It may also be possible to purchase a wristband on the day at the full price depending on availability as described above. On the day sales are on a first come first served basis and no reservations will be possible.
We recommend your purchase your spectator wristbands in advance and as soon as possible to avoid any disappointment.
Shipping and Delivery
Your order will be processed for collection on the day.
Cancellations and Refunds
As per the Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013) cancellation rights do not apply to hotel bookings, flights, car hire, concert and other event tickets.
Spectator wristbands are not refundable. They are however transferrable and unused wristbands can be given or re-sold to someone else.
Competing Athletes
Athletes do not need to purchase additional spectator wristbands for non-competing days at that event. Their athlete wristband will allow them entry for the entire competition weekend.
Photography
The BCA reserve the right to refuse anyone from taking photographs and videos at any events and competitions and at any time, to protect the privacy of Athletes, Spectators, Teams and Programmes, as well as to stop professional photographers from using images for money and personal gain and to protect its own employed photographers and photo system.
It is possible as a parent or coach to film and take photos of your own children and teams only, using smaller devices such as phones and tablets. Any recording must not interfere with the running of the event and a “prime location” for filming may not be possible.
The BCA prohibits the filming of teams that you are not affiliated with or those that you do not have express permission from in advance.
The use of flash photography, continuous flash or any other lighting during competition is prohibited. This includes small flashes such as (but not limited to) those from a camera phone. Any person using flash photography of any kind will be asked to stop and may be asked to leave the competition halls. Flash photography is allowed outside the competition halls and during awards ceremonies at advised photo opportunities within them.
Professional Camera equipment usage is forbidden at BCA events unless prior consent from the BCA has been received. This is to protect the privacy of all individuals by making sure long-distance photos cannot be unknowingly taken of other people, especially minors, without their knowledge.
The BCA work with specialist professional photographers at all of our events to ensure you have access to the highest quality and value for money professional photos of your teams and children. All our photographers are DBS checked and undergo specialist training for the competition environment.
