CRB Disclosure Policy

To obtain CRB clearance:

• Contact the BCA either by e-mail: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it  or by phone: 0844 562 3324 to obtain a CRB disclosure form from us.
• Once you have received your form it must be completed and returned to the BCA together with the ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS with the application notes for verification. Please note we do not accept photocopies, they must be original documents. 
• Once we have received your completed form, original documents and payment we then verify your application and forward it for processing. We return your documents by special delivery. This is normally completed within 72 hours. 
• Please allow at least 6 weeks for processing by CRB. 
• Once processed you will receive your disclosure direct from the CRB office. The BCA also receives a copy for our records.
• If you have also applied for a full Coach’s pass, this will be issued once the BCA are in receipt of their copy of your disclosure.
