Event ID Cards for competitors are necessary to ensure fairness to all. If you compete you have the right to take part in a division that does not include ringers or over age performers.

Where do I get the ID forms from?
Click the above, print direct from your browser, complete and send in. Your PC will need to have Adobe Acrobat reader installed to view these.
What do I do if I have lost my card?
Replacement ID Card costs just £1 to cover admin materials and postage. Send in a new form with two passport sized photos. You do not need to repeat proof of ID as this is already on record. Please state clearly this is a replacement card, and give ID number if you have it. Issue dates will remain the same as the original card issued. The fee can be as equivalent value in postage stamps.
What happens if I move club?
Provided there are no outstanding issues with your previous club, such as money or equipment owed, the procedure is the same for replacement ID cards. If there are problems with your old club you would need to resolve those first.
Do I receive a reminder when my 5 year card validity expires?
No. It is up to the club to ensure all competitors have valid ID cards before competing, which includes the expiry date.
Can I be registered at more than one club?
No. At any BCA event you may only be registered with one club at a time. This is necessary to dissuade unfair strengthening of teams using performers from another club.
How long should I allow to receive ID cards?
Normally cheerleader ID cards can be turned round in two weeks. They are checked and collated on arrival, then sent in recoded delivery batches for processing, and finally collected in batches for mailing out.
Should I wait until getting all our cards back before entering a competition?
No. Unless your club has never competed before you will have most of your ID’s already. Write in the numbers you have and submit your entry. The rest we will add in when the cards are completed.
Do you check?
Yes, All ID’s are checked before a competition, and spot checked during it. No ID, no compete.
I have a Coaches Card. Can I compete?
Certainly. Coaches ID’s are also valid for competing.
How can I get a FREE Coaches ID Card?
Each club is entitled to one FREE Coaches Registration. Print off a Coaches form from our website (see above) and send in with 3 passport photos plus ID and write across the payment box "1 Free / club".
